Job Summary
Responsible for cleaning and setting tables, general table maintenance, and maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment for all staff members and guests by performing duties such as clearing and delivering tableware to the dishwasher, scraping and stacking glassware/plateware/silverware, clearing and setting tables, stocking service stations, pre-bussing and organizing stations, and assisting with adjusting floor plans for special functions or events. Maintains knowledge of the restaurant’s products and happenings, communicates with guests, and notifies management of low inventory or opportunities. Adheres to safety and sanitation practices and performs other duties as assigned. Rate of pay is $11.00 per hour plus tips.
Required Qualifications
- Six months experience as a bus person or working in some aspect of the food and beverage industry preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
