Job Summary
Coordinate with wait staff to manage seating options and ensure tables are cleaned promptly. Transport food from the kitchen to guest tables while maintaining a clean reception area. Cater to guests requiring extra attention, including children and elderly patrons. Assist wait and bar staff as needed to support service flow. Ensure a positive dining experience from arrival to departure by upholding excellent customer service standards. This role requires solid organizational and people skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
- Ability to work under pressure
- Food Handling experience
- Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays
