Job Summary
Busser/Food Runner at Crooked Hammock Brewery: clear and reset tables quickly and professionally; assist servers with food delivery and guest requests; maintain cleanliness of service area; restock satellite stations; communicate with server/hostess to ensure efficient seating and service; demonstrate hospitality and teamwork; flexible scheduling to support restaurant operations; minimum age 16 and eligible to work in the United States; no prior restaurant experience required; lift heavy trays (20 lbs) and stand for long periods; enjoy a team-oriented environment and a casual, backyard-brace environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- No previous restaurant experience required
- Good communication skills
- A hospitality soul
- Carry heavy trays (20 lbs. at least)
- Be able to work in standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
- Flexibility of schedule to assume responsibilities as needed
- Ability to stand, reach, bend, squat, and lift during shift
- Reliable transportation to and from work
