Job Summary
Restock the bar with drinks, garnishes, and glassware while maintaining a clean working environment. Organize supplies, cleaning stations, bar tops, and tables, and keep accurate inventory records. Assist bar services by organizing these areas and may assist serving customers and guests as directed by bartenders or bar management. Adhere to safety, security, and company policies while resolving problems promptly and maintaining professionalism. Work flexible schedules that may vary based on business needs and occasionally require hours outside regular shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Three to six months related experience
- Alcohol Awareness Certification
- Ability to read write and speak the English language
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism
- Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures
- Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures
- Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely
- Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule to be at work and on time
