Provide server support by maintaining ice water, cheese rolls, side dishes, and items as directed at each table. Execute table clean-up and setup efficiently, transport trays to the dishwashing area, and complete beginning or closing shift duties. Assist in maintaining each service station while managing competing demands and prioritizing the guest experience. This role requires standing and walking for long periods and transporting objects up to 25 lbs. Candidates must be able to work weekends and holidays.
