Busser/Bussers support servers by maintaining ice water, cheese rolls, side dishes, and other items at each table; perform table clean-up and setup efficiently; transport trays from dining room to the dishwashing area; assist with beginning or closing shift duties; help maintain each service station and manage competing demands while keeping guests first. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods, transport objects up to 25 lbs, and work weekends and holidays.
