Job Summary
Deliver food to the appropriate table while announcing each dish, pre-bus and clean tables, and stock server stations and the bar as needed. Assist servers and bartenders with service, transition between runner and busser duties based on service or guest needs, and ensure guests feel important and welcome. Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and perform other duties as assigned. Maintain an energetic, genuine positive attitude while interacting with team members and all guests.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for food and ensuring an excellent dining experience for all guests
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to follow directions
- Ability to pay attention to details
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 30+ pounds
