Job Summary
Busser duties include providing genuine hospitality in a timely manner, making guests feel important and welcome, delivering food to tables and announcing dishes, pre-bussing and cleaning tables, assisting servers and bartenders, stock server stations and the bar, transitioning between runner and busser duties as needed, adhering to safety and sanitation policies, maintaining an energetic and positive interaction with team and guests, and standing for long periods while being able to lift up to 30+ pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for food and ensuring an excellent dining experience for all guests
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to follow directions
- Ability to pay attention to details
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 30+ pounds
