Job Summary
Buss, clear, and re-set tables while maintaining restaurant cleanliness. Wipe down tabletops and chairs, then re-set place settings. Inspect and clean carpets and flooring when debris or liquid is detected. Respond to guest questions and make recommendations. Set up side work including tables at the beginning or end of shift. Carry trays to the dishwasher, unload, and wipe them clean. Scrape and stack dishes, returning silverware to the designated area. Stock stations with roll-ups and place mats. Check restrooms for cleanliness and sweep or dry floors as necessary. Assist servers with tables and handle additional guest requests. Minimum age requirement is 17 years.
