Job Summary
Busser at Legal Sea Foods Downtown Crossing responsible for bussing, clearing and re-setting tables, maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant, assisting guests, setting up side work, and supporting servers. Duties include clearing dishes, wiping tables, stocking stations, checking restrooms, and interacting with guests while reporting to the FOH Manager. Must be able to read guest needs, move quickly between tasks, and maintain cleanliness standards in a fast-paced dining environment.
