Job Summary
Bussers are responsible for setting tables, placing silverware, keeping glasses full, and supporting servers to ensure tables are set and cleared promptly. They maintain dining-room cleanliness, assist with guest requests as needed, restock servers’ stations, reset tables according to the floor plan, and help clear tables with a server. Requires six months of prior bar/restaurant/hotel experience and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Team-oriented, with strong listening, communication, and multitasking skills.
