Job Summary
Clear dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils from tables promptly, wipe down and sanitize surfaces after each use, and set tables with clean linens and condiments. Assist servers with food and drink delivery, refill water glasses, and address guest needs as requested. Maintain a clean dining area by sweeping, mopping floors, and removing trash and recyclables. Greet guests warmly, assist with seating, and respond to inquiries professionally while adhering to all health and safety regulations. Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to coordinate tasks and address issues. Requires physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift items up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
