Job Summary
Busser at Colorado Mountain Brewery supporting servers and kitchen by bussing and cleaning tables, disinfecting and sanitizing surfaces, and maintaining a fast-paced, guest-first service flow. Responsibilities include removing dirty dishes, ensuring proper sanitation before seating, assisting with food running as needed, and collaborating with team to maximize efficiency. Requires customer-service orientation, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, English proficiency, and compliance with pre-employment screening and background checks; must be at least 18 and eligible to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Exceptional guest or customer service skills
- Problem solving and decision making skills
- Able to speak, read, and understand English well
- Willing to submit to and pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and criminal background check
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and provide proof upon hire
