Job Summary
As a Busser, you'll support food service operations by setting and resetting tables, interacting with guests courteously, and maintaining cleanliness. Responsibilities include cleaning spills, assisting with cleaning tasks, monitoring dining areas, and restocking service stations. The role requires effective communication with servers and management to ensure smooth service while anticipating guest needs. Candidates must be at least 16 years old, flexible with working hours, and able to handle physical requirements such as lifting and prolonged standing.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to speak and read the English language
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours)
- Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30-40 lbs
- Manual dexterity and coordination to handle glassware, silverware, and trays safely
- Ability to move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Tolerance for working in varying temperatures
