Job Summary
Assist all servers in meeting guest needs while ensuring tables are cleaned, reset quickly, and kept dry from top to bottom. Pre-buss tables to keep them clutter-free and support hosts and managers in maintaining the entire dining area spotless. Communicate with staff to assure efficient seating and table utilization, identifying tasks that need completion to support servers for end-of-night tips. Finish all side work and extra duties assigned by your manager. This role offers a path to management and teaches the fundamentals of delivering exemplary service.
