Maintain dining area cleanliness by clearing tables, resetting linens, and restocking supplies between service periods. Assist servers with order taking and food delivery while ensuring all dishes are properly washed and sanitized. Perform floor sweeping and trash removal duties to keep the restaurant environment safe and tidy. Work full-time hours with a standard schedule, reporting directly to the head server.
