Job Summary
Assist servers by serving water as guests are seated, carrying food trays to tables, and removing soiled dishes to the washing area. Remove soiled linen, replace with clean linen, and set tables with silverware, glassware, and other items. Clean dining room areas, stock servers' stations with supplies, collect trash after each serving period, and dust chairs before and after meals. Keep ice bins and buckets filled while performing other tasks as requested. Requires two years of related experience, Servsafe certification, and ability to function in a high-paced environment with prolonged standing and lifting up to 15 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years related experience required.
- Servsafe certification
- Prolonged periods of standing.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Frequent bending, stooping and pushing
