Job Summary
Clear tables after guests finish meals, remove dirty tableware and glassware, and wipe down surfaces to maintain cleanliness standards. Replenish table supplies, set tables with clean tableware before guests are seated, and assist waitstaff in serving food and beverages. Respond promptly to guest requests, escalate concerns to management, and collaborate with kitchen and dining staff to ensure smooth operations. Maintain a tidy work station, follow all safety and sanitation guidelines, and perform any other duties assigned by management. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking and time management abilities
- Physical stamina and dexterity to lift and carry heavy trays and stand for long periods
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness and sanitation
- Ability to work well independently as well as in a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the business
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Busser or in a related role is a plus
