Job Summary
The Busser assists in creating a positive first impression by ensuring 100% cleanliness and sanitation at tables, dining rooms, bars and patios. Primary duties include setup and cleanliness of tables, removal of glassware/silverware/plateware during or after shifts, and sanitation of seating areas. Strong emphasis on communication with Hosts, teamwork within Front of House, maintaining a positive work atmosphere, and delivering hospitality with energy and enthusiasm. Must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment and support the overall dining experience.
Required Qualifications
- Outstanding interpersonal communications skills
- ability to work very well in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- exceptional ability to engage with customers and consistently project a professional and incident-free dining experience
- ability to work very well in a team-based environment
- pass a pre-employment background investigation
- ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally
