Assist servers by carrying trays, clearing and resetting tables, and conducting table maintenance with water and beverage service. Maintain health code standards while prioritizing excellent customer service as defined by organization standards. Complete side work efficiently within a team environment, ensuring tables are set and cleared without breakage. Maintain professional communication and adhere to health and safety protocols. Valid ServeSafe certification and prior busser experience are required.
