Job Summary
Monitor dining room tables to ensure they meet standards for symmetry and glassware cleanliness. Prepare tables for each party by removing dirty dishes and linens, sweeping floors, wiping seats, and resetting surfaces. Assist servers in pre-bussing tables as needed and transport clean dishware from the dish area to maintain adequate supplies. Fill ice bins with ice and empty trash as needed. This role contributes to a pleasant dining experience at Rhode Island's Prime Steakhouse, Newport's premier waterfront destination.
Required Qualifications
- Must have flexible schedule to work during days, nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and move 25-50 pounds
