Busser ("Assistente de Mesero")

Busser assists the service team in a hotel restaurant by delivering food to guests, clearing tables, stocking glassware/napkins/silverware and cleaning surfaces; maintains safety and proper sanitation, and participates in deep cleaning as needed to meet guest expectations. Requires ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 45 lbs, push/pull carts, and communicate effectively with guests and staff. High school or equivalent education is required; prior hospitality experience is preferred; Safe Server Alcohol & Food certification is preferred. Knowledge of beverage/serviceware, basic computer skills, and attention to detail are valued in supporting seamless food and beverage service in a hotel setting.
