Job Summary
Clean table and chair surfaces, empty ashtrays, replace linens and glassware, sweep floors, transport bus carts, and reset tables to ensure safe and sanitary dining areas. Acknowledge and welcome guests, take beverage orders, deliver drinks, and respond to requests while promoting guest relations through up-to-date contest information and courteous assistance. Stock and clean restaurant stations by placing water, food supplies, and condiments in server stations and maintaining coffee machines, sinks, and counters per established procedures. Requires a County of San Diego Food Handler Card, ability to lift 50 pounds, and standing for up to 8 hours.

- Ability to communicate effectively in the English language
- Ability to maintain professionalism and composure
- Ability to understand verbal directives and written instructions
- Ability to routinely lift and carry 50 pounds

- Ability to complete forms and documents
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours at a time
- Ability to bend, stoop, push and pull
- Ability to work in a smoking environment
- Ability to appear for work on time
