Job Summary
Clear and clean tables promptly after guests finish dining, resetting them with linens, silverware, glassware, and condiments per standards. Assist servers by refilling water glasses, delivering bread, and responding to guest requests. Maintain dining area cleanliness by sweeping floors, wiping surfaces, and emptying trash. Collaborate with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service flow and communicate guest needs to management. This full-time role requires standing and walking for extended periods and includes an average of 25 hours per week. Full-time employees with 25 hours may enroll in medical insurance and an HSA, while those with 20 hours can choose dental, vision, and life insurance. All staff receive a 401k match after 500 hours and accrue sick leave at one hour per 40 hours worked.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
- Basic understanding of restaurant hygiene and safety standards
- Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physically demanding tasks
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests
- Reliable punctuality and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
