Job Summary
Greet guests upon seating, deliver condiments and beverage refills, and promptly clear and reset tables between courses. Remove soiled tableware to the dish room, sort silverware and glassware, and maintain cleanliness of dining areas, restrooms, and outdoor spaces. Sweep, vacuum, dust, and clean glass doors and windows as needed while collecting and maintaining menu cleanliness. Communicate guest needs to servers and supervisors, provide dining guidance, and assist with food delivery during peak periods. Cross-train with other positions as directed to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and some holidays
- Valid Food Handler Certificate required
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous guest service experience preferred
- Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge
- Flexible schedule helpful
