Job Summary
Busser supports wait staff and bartenders to ensure smooth and efficient service. While not the front line of service, strong attention to detail and attentiveness are essential to delight our guests. The Busser serves water, salsa, and tortilla chips upon guest arrival. Responsibilities include obtaining service area assignment, greeting guests, clearing tables, transporting soiled wares, cleaning tabletops and areas, responding to guest requests, assisting servers with delivery during peak periods, maintaining a clean service area, and being available to fill in as needed. Must be 17+ and authorized to work in the U.S.; restaurant experience is preferred but not required. Required Qualifications
- Must be 17 years of age or older
- Restaurant experience in hospitality environment preferred, but not required
- Must possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills
