Job Summary
Clean tables by removing soiled dishes, silverware, glassware, and refuse while wiping surfaces and seats. Receive and fulfill beverage orders, refill drinks from guests, and transport filled bus tubs to the kitchen dishwashing area. Set up tables according to established standards and maintain cleanliness of side stations and work areas. Remove dishes from tables and place them in plastic bus tubs weighing approximately 40 pounds in a timely manner. Greet guests seated in assigned stations. Must be able to lift, maneuver, and carry up to 40 pounds, stand or walk for the duration of the shift, and carry beverages using a hand-held tray. Prior experience strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift, maneuver, and carry up to 40 pounds.
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for duration of shift.
- Must be able to carry and serve beverages using a hand-held tray.
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience strongly preferred.
