Job Summary
Clear and set tables according to company standards, sort china, glassware, and flatware in the dish room, and organize recycling where applicable. Perform daily cleaning tasks assigned by the supervisor and ensure the dining room is properly set for customer service. Communicate customer requests, concerns, and service flow issues with servers and the manager on duty. Assist servers and customers by running food to customers where appropriate. Follow Food Division Best Practices, dress code, and Health Department standards while complying with safe work practices. Frequently lift up to 25 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, extended hours and key event days
- Frequently lift/move up to 25lbs
- Ability to follow safe work practices in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers and management
Desired Qualifications
- Prior Restaurant industry experience preferred
- General knowledge of cleaning procedures
