Busperson - Render (OC)

Clean tables by removing soiled dishes, silverware, glassware, and refuse while wiping surfaces and seats. Set up tables according to established standards and receive beverage orders. Greet guests seated in assigned stations and fulfill or refill drink requests. Remove dishes from tables, place them in plastic bus tubs weighing approximately 40 pounds, and transport filled tubs to the kitchen dishwashing area. Maintain cleanliness of side stations and all work areas. Prior experience is strongly preferred. Candidates must be able to lift, maneuver, and carry up to 40 pounds, stand or walk for the duration of a shift, and carry beverages using a hand-held tray. Excellent customer service and communication skills are required, along with the ability to obtain or maintain necessary licenses and certifications.
