Job Summary
Expedite and deliver food orders accurately while maintaining presentation standards. Support servers by covering stations, answering menu questions, and providing courteous beverage assistance. Organize kitchen and service areas, restock supplies, and manage soiled linen and dishware storage. Set and reset tables, deposit trash, and ensure cleanliness throughout the shift. Check orders prior to serving to guarantee accuracy. Carry trays up to 30 lbs and maneuver items weighing 40 lbs in a fast-paced, upscale environment. Maintain personal appearance and comply with all safety policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1- year of hotel/restaurant Food Runner/Busperson experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18 years of age
- Valid Clark County Health Card
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (five hours or more)
- Ability to lift and carry trays up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, upscale environment
- Requires transporting, pushing, pulling, and maneuvering items weighing up to 40 lbs
- Requires eye/hand coordination
- Ability to and comply with Policies and Procedures, Job Description, daily memorandums, chemical labels (SDS) and other instructions
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals
