Job Summary
Clear and set tables in the dining room, stock linens, glassware, and silverware, and maintain cleanliness of all areas before, during, and after service. Ensure the food prep area remains clean and sanitary while assisting food servers. Maintain established inventory of linen, glass, and condiments per checklist and supervisor instructions. Support Cactus Pete's policies with a positive attitude and neat appearance. Must be 17 years of age, able to stand for long periods, and work varied shifts. High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
