Job Summary
Busperson assists servers by expediting and delivering food orders, maintaining tables and service areas, restocking dishes and supplies, and providing courteous guest service to uphold luxury-hotel standards. Responsibilities include setting and resetting tables quickly, supporting stations, attending to guest beverage needs, ensuring cleanliness of dining and service areas, and following department policies. The role requires strong attention to detail, teamwork and communication, flexibility to work nights/weekends/holidays, and compliance with age and health-card requirements to operate in a luxury hotel Food & Beverage environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of hotel/restaurant Food Runner/Busperson experience
- Must be 18 years of age
- Valid Clark County Health Card
