Job Summary
Provide fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to restaurant guests, servers, and hosts. Maintain par levels of operating supplies, condiments, and paper stock while ensuring the buffet line remains clean and sanitary. Remove dirty dishes, soiled linen, and flatware from tables, reset tables with silverware and linen per specifications, and assist servers with refills and food orders. Wipe counter areas, sinks, floors, and deep clean equipment like coffee machines and ice bins as scheduled. Dispose of refuse and debris according to departmental procedures, resolve service issues, and support bar/beverage set-up. Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all health and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Must have excellent customer service/communication skills
- Must be able to read, write, understand, and speak English
- Must have basic math skills, including the ability to add and subtract
- Available to work required schedule, which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
