Job Summary
Manage 4-5 appraisal projects monthly by requesting and reviewing subject company financial data, entering information into appraisal models, and performing management interviews or site visits. Follow up on open items to ensure compliance and review analysis to maintain quality standards while adhering to NACVA/AICPA guidelines. Build and maintain effective relationships with client companies throughout the appraisal process, ensuring internal team communication remains consistent. Prioritize multiple moving deadlines effectively and participate in client meetings or report deliveries as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Business, with a concentration in Finance or Economics preferred
- ABV or CVA certification preferred (or eligible)
- Ability to grow client relationships
- Demonstrates aptitude in quantitative and qualitative analysis and report writing
- Knowledge of Income Statements, Balance Sheets and relevant accounting terms
- Detail-oriented, able to effectively manage time, strong planning skills, and excellent analytical skills
