Job Summary
Lead assigned customer accounts and business units as the primary owner of operational performance, financial results, and long-term program execution. Partner with Business Development and Engineering teams to support new business pursuits, including site visits, proposal development, and quoting activities. Once programs are awarded, manage customer onboarding, ramp-up, and full operational execution while maintaining P&L ownership for revenue, profitability, margin, and cash flow. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations, strategic discussions, and quarterly business reviews to drive satisfaction and continuous improvement. Negotiate pricing, shipments, and scope changes to support profitability while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Manage cross-functional teams across operations, supply chain, engineering, quality, and finance to meet delivery commitments and mitigate risks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, business unit management, program management, general management, finance, or business development related roles
- Experience managing customer-facing programs with operational and financial accountability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Prior experience in automation, robotics, warehouse automation, industrial manufacturing, or complex engineered products
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, forecasting, margin analysis, and cash flow management
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations, supply chain, and program execution
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
- Strong negotiation and customer management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
