Business Unit Manager

Job Summary
Manage the annual regional P&L, including GP budget, headcount modeling, and end-of-year projections, while publishing monthly variance results to drive weekly and monthly scoreboard decisions. Establish margin floors by service line, approve below-floor deals with documented recovery plans, and protect recurring revenue through regular account-health reviews and churn monitoring. Partner with Sales to set quotas, manage pipeline discipline, and govern commission payouts, while orchestrating customer transitions from sales to account management. Recruit and develop leadership teams across five functions, oversee vendor performance and compliance, and ensure adherence to regulated-waste requirements and competitive-bidding processes. This role supervises 1-10 employees and requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field
- Minimum 5 years of prior management experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with and the analysis of profit and loss statements
- Experience in developing and executing business strategies
- Computer proficiency in Windows and Microsoft applications
- Must be self-motivated and able to motivate others to meet or exceed goals
- Ability to travel between offices, as required
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license (if applicable)
- Must successfully complete pre-employment testing
- Must be able to read and speak the English language
