Job Summary
Lead the growth and success of the Nuts business unit by building strategic relationships with energy, water, and telecom clients. Manage internal stakeholder coordination across IT, operations, and sales to ensure seamless service delivery. Develop and monitor portfolio-level KPIs while driving data-informed decisions to maximize collection results and customer retention. Optimize processes for clients and actively collaborate with other business units to create an efficient internal ecosystem. Leverage extensive sector expertise to translate market trends into effective strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Aantoonbare ervaring en een uitgebreid netwerk binnen de nuts sector
- Sterk in data-analyse, strategische besluitvorming en commercieel inzicht
- Je kunt complexe processen en projecten effectief organiseren en overzicht bewaren
- Een afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding
- Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden (minimaal B2 niveau)
- Ervaring in creditmanagement is een pré
- Proficiency in Dutch (both spoken and written)
