Business Unit Manager

Job Summary
Manage the service delivery of 80+ team on day-to-day basis within defined budgets and in accordance with SLAs and quality standards; ensure processes are defined, documented and up-to-date; monitor staff performance against objectives and drive improvement actions; design and implement a continuous improvement culture to achieve business objectives and cost efficiency; implement internal controls for processes in scope; provide senior management with regular performance reports; act as the face to the customer and manage relations with European Eurofins entities; create a friendly working environment to attract and retain talent; support transition projects; require 2+ years of experience in managing large teams; strong financial domain knowledge (PtP, OtC or General Accounting and Reporting); adapt to dynamic environments; Master Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting or equivalent; fluent English; openness for changes; opportunity to join Eurofins SSC Leadership Team with international experience and meaningful work towards process excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Master Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in managing large teams, preferably in BPO/SSC environment
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
