Business Unit Manager - Biosecurity Pest

Job Summary
Lead delivery and growth of Biosecurity Pest Management services in Southeast Queensland; oversee operations, project delivery, and client engagement within the unit; collaborate with the Director of Strategy and Leadership and Senior Leadership Team to ensure smooth operations and growth. Requires experience in biosecurity, pest management, environmental management, natural resource management, agriculture, or related fields; strong leadership, communication, stakeholder engagement, organisational skills, and a commercial mindset to drive business development and continuous improvement; ensure workplace health and safety, environmental compliance, and high-quality client outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Current unrestricted Australian Driver Licence
- Construction Industry White Card (or ability to obtain prior to commencement)
- Demonstrated experience in biosecurity, pest management, environmental management, agriculture, conservation, natural resource management, or a related field
- Strong computer literacy, including experience using Microsoft Office applications
