Job Summary
Senior Business Unit Leader responsible for end-to-end performance of the WB&SDA business in France, owning P&L, defining and executing mid-term strategy, and leading cross-functional teams across Product Line, Sales (KAM, D2C, Amazon), and Consumer Marketing to drive growth, market share expansion, and brand strength. Leads go-to-market for new product launches, coordinates with regional teams to adapt brand strategy, and ensures alignment between sales, trade operations, marketing, supply chain, and customer service. Requires 10+ years in sales leadership within consumer electronics, strong negotiation and stakeholder management, strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and fluency in French and English.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales covering roles with growing responsibility within the Consumer Electronics industry, preferably with a focus on Small Domestic Appliances
- Deep knowledge of the French commercial landscape (clients and retailers within the Consumer electronics industry)
- Proven track record in P&L ownership and business leadership
- Fluent in French and English
