Business Unit Leader – (Services)

Lead and manage the services business unit, responsible for P&L, strategic planning for the next 3 to 10 years, and driving profitability and growth. Oversee revenue and profitability, conduct strategic reviews, formulate short- and long-term business strategies, and develop a high-performing team. Manage general administrative tasks for the services division and navigate regulatory challenges in field-based operations. Key deliverables include phased immersion, market analysis, strategic plan development and execution, and ongoing evolution. The role requires extensive leadership experience, strong strategic thinking, exceptional communication, and the ability to travel overnight as needed. Based in the western suburbs of the Chicagoland area with a 3/2 hybrid schedule and occasional overnight travel; candidate should have 12-15 years of experience, 7+ years in leadership, and a Bachelor's degree (MBA a plus).
