Job Summary
Lead the firm's retail architecture practice by developing and executing a strategic business development plan to grow opportunities across regional markets; cultivate relationships with developers, brokers, contractors, and consultants in the retail real estate community; serve as Architect of Record and lead select retail projects as Project Manager or Principal in Charge; collaborate across disciplines to deliver ground-up, renovation, and tenant-improvement projects; identify opportunities to cross-sell services and strengthen long-term client partnerships; must hold a licensed architecture credential with strong knowledge of retail project delivery and applicable building regulations; experience in retail developments and strong business development mindset across Oregon, Washington, and California markets; benefits include health/dental/vision and professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Architect with strong knowledge of retail project delivery and applicable building regulations.
