Job Summary
Own and deliver the P&L for the Joint Reconstruction portfolio in Thailand, driving top-line growth, market share expansion, and margin improvement. Develop and execute the annual operating plan aligned with SEA/APAC priorities while monitoring performance through KPIs and taking timely corrective actions. Define go-to-market strategies across key segments, lead pricing and tender negotiations, and manage new product introductions. Lead and coach sales managers and field teams, fostering a high-performance culture with strong ownership and results orientation. Build relationships with key surgeons, hospital executives, and procurement stakeholders to identify market trends and inform strategy. Partner closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, and regional teams to ensure alignment on demand planning, inventory readiness, and launch execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Significant experience in commercial leadership, sales management, or business unit leadership
- Demonstrated track record in P&L ownership and delivering business growth
- Strong understanding of healthcare / medtech / hospital ecosystem
- Experience leading multi-layer teams and developing talent
