Job Summary
Drive the growth of Thryve's research infrastructure by shaping product strategy, defining deliverables, and expanding the industry network across Pharma, hospitals, and universities. Leverage commercialization tactics and sales or grant opportunities to build a successful business unit that ingests continuous, holistic health data for global clients. This entrepreneurial role requires unifying stakeholder requirements and navigating the research landscape to deliver leading solutions in health research infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- entrepreneurial mind, thinking across business, software development and healthcare
- driven mind with an outstanding internal motivation to achieve excellent results in product experience
- ability to think holistically about research needs, delivery constraints and winning services
- business and entrepreneurial experience, ideally in your own startup, a company builder or consulting
- solid understanding of tech and software development
- ability to navigate and unify requirements of different stakeholders
- strong understanding of the (health) research space
- network within the (health) research landscape as well as a track record of successful grants inceptions & delivery
- Please note that this is a hybrid position. We only consider applications from candidates living in Berlin or the surrounding area.
Desired Qualifications
- a solid understanding of tech and software development. Designing software features in an agile process feels as natural as working with APIs and big data sets
