Job Summary
Business Unit Integration Operations Lead – Surgery within MedTech Deliver. Lead cross-functional initiatives across Supply Chain (Distribution, Source, Planning, Manufacturing, Transportation) to align and advance performance metrics, drive cost improvements, improve OTIF-D, and optimize freight spend. Lead or co-lead PMO-driven projects, support DC-to-DC and direct-ship optimization, assist in transportation budgeting and forecasts, and drive timely data readiness for product launches. Collaborate with global teams to integrate Deliver into end-to-end SC processes (S&OP, NPI, LRFP, BP, Value Stream Management, OTIF-D), manage monthly scorecards, and prepare executive-facing performance reviews. Represent Deliver in Surgery platform value streams and E2E supply chain initiatives, leveraging analytical tools and presenting insights to senior leadership. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 4+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, strong communication, organization, and the ability to work with internal/external partners; travel may be up to 10%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain, Engineering or related field
- Minimum four (4) years of relevant professional work experience in Supply Chain functions such as Transportation, Distribution, Planning, Procurement or Manufacturing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results; ability to create executive/operational presentations
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Travel up to 10% may be required
- Experience in Medical Device industry and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and Lean/Six Sigma certification is preferred
