Business Unit Head - Water Infrastructure

Manage the business of the division in a profitable manner, executing projects within timelines and budget while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and human resource norms. Provide functional support for inter-departmental coordination, mobilize resources, and select sub-contractors. Monitor adherence to project budgets and schedules, conduct detailed cost analysis for reduction, and guide the site team on claims identification. Represent the company in critical client meetings and resolve grievances. Build and manage relationships with external entities and joint venture partners. Coach subordinates, support succession planning, and ensure adequate training on quality and EHS management.
