Job Summary
Lead the Therapeutic Dermatology Business Unit in Saudi Arabia, overseeing sales, marketing, and commercial operations across channels; develop and execute annual business plans aligned with corporate objectives, monitor market trends, and identify growth opportunities; drive overall IDS and customer engagement strategies, manage forecasting, budgeting, and full P&L accountability; lead and develop high-performing teams, set sales targets, and ensure successful tender contracts with MOH, NUPCO, and institutions; collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Medical, and Commercial Excellence; lead new product launches and market-entry strategies; build strategic partnerships, ensure brand visibility in private and public sectors, and oversee distributor networks; ensure compliance with policies and local healthcare regulations; require deep understanding of the Saudi pharmaceutical market, tender processes, and strategic account management; languages: English and Arabic proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (science/pharmacy) or equivalent experience/qualification
- Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical and/or FMCG commercial operations
- At least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role managing sales and business performance
- Strong experience in Tender, MOH, and institutional business including NUPCO processes
- Fluency in English; Arabic language proficiency is a must
