Job Summary
Lead the Saudi-based Business Unit for Therapeutic Dermatology and Biologics, developing and executing the unit strategy to drive sustainable growth, profitability, and market leadership. Oversee sales, marketing, and commercial operations across channels; set annual business plans, policies, and go-to-market strategies; monitor market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities. Drive the IDS strategy and align customer engagement with the holistic dermatology approach. Build and coach high-performing sales and marketing teams; set and monitor KPIs; manage forecasting, budgeting, and full P&L accountability. Ensure effective promotional campaigns, CRM utilization (Veeva), and field-force excellence; lead tender and institutional activities with MOH, NUPCO, and public sector stakeholders; manage tender strategy, pricing, and institutional access plans. Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Medical, and Commercial Excellence to ensure aligned execution and operational efficiency. Lead product launches, market-entry strategies, and strategic partnerships; maintain strong brand visibility across private and public sectors. Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management while driving customer engagement with physicians, hospital procurement teams, pharmacies, and distributors. Fluent in English and Arabic; MBA preferred. Notable focus areas include talent recruitment and development, leadership in large territories, and cross-functional alignment to achieve sustained profitability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in science/pharmacy or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical and/or FMCG commercial operations
- 3–5 years in a senior leadership role
- MBA preferred
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Strong understanding of Saudi market, MOH/NUPCO processes, tender and institutional business
- Proven track record in leading large sales teams and achieving targets
- P&L, budgeting, forecasting, KPI management experience
- CRM systems experience (e.g., Veeva)
- Ability to build strategic partnerships and negotiate with key accounts
- Experience launching new products and market-entry strategies
