Job Summary
Collaborate with the Business Unit General Manager to define, prioritize, and execute the business improvement and transformation roadmap aligned with Avio Aero FLIGHT DECK strategy. Coach, mentor, and train Commercial teams to strengthen their skills and autonomy within the FLIGHT DECK Operating System framework while driving the deployment of FLIGHT DECK Fundamental across all Business Unit processes. Track the impact of initiatives on customer satisfaction and key business KPIs, acting as a bridge to share and scale successful practices between the central team and the Business Unit. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, proven track record in Operational Excellence or Lean Management, and fluency in English. Salary range is 91,125.00 - 121,500.00 EUR annual plus performance-related bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent experience
- Proven track record in Operational Excellence, Lean Management, or Continuous Improvement roles
- Deep expertise in Lean tools (e.g., Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kanban, Problem Solving, Daily Management System)
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex organizational transformation projects
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), as it is the corporate language
- Strong presence and credibility to advise and influence senior leadership and managers
- Ability to work effectively within a dual-reporting line
- Exceptional facilitation, teaching, and interpersonal communication skills
- Work Visa, in accordance with local regulations
