Job Summary
Business Unit Director for Companion Animals in Zoetis Mexico leads long-term strategy, omnichannel growth, and revenue delivery for the Companion Animals business, with accountability for portfolio strategy, multi-year roadmaps, resource allocation, and KPI-driven performance. Responsible for integrating field execution with digital engagement and DTC demand generation, coaching field sales managers, aligning with Finance/Logistics/IT/HR/QA, and ensuring compliance. Oversees P&L, budget, and organizational development across commercial, technical, and marketing teams; builds talent, drives capability building, and leads cross-functional initiatives such as launches and transformation in a regulated, data-driven environment. Requires strategic leadership, strong analytical skills, and ability to influence senior management; fluency in English; CRM and digital analytics proficiency; and experience in omnichannel and promotional governance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or scientific discipline related area
- 5+ years in successful sales management positions with strategy execution experience
- Direct sales and marketing experience
- Demonstrated and consistent track record of delivering results
- Experience leading and developing people
- Cross-functional initiatives experience (launches, transformation, capability building)
- Digital/omnichannel commercialization and analytics-driven management (preferred)
